Physicians Aesthetics is a Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology practice with two locations: East Cobb and Buckhead. We are seeking a licensed aesthetician to join our team in providing the highest level of services in a professional, elegant, and comforting atmosphere.

JOB SUMMARY : The ideal candidate is responsible for the delivery of elective cosmetic services for patients, while working under the supervision of our physicians. We have the Silk Peel microdermabrasion, over 12 lasers, as well as body sculpting devices that you are expected to master. Everyone must know how to support the first impressions staff, and product knowledge is paramount.

Education and Experience:

1. A high school diploma is requires, though a college degree is preferred

2. Experience in a medical office working as an aesthetician

3. Current Georgia License as an aesthetician

4. Current Georgia License as Assistant Laser Tech

5. Nextech software preferred

Essential Skills and Abilities:

1. Possesses wide-ranging knowledge of skin care treatments, elective services, as well as products

2. Silk Peel microdermabrasion, waxing, threading, and also micro-blading

3. Excellent communication skills together with a polished appearance

4. Mature, service-oriented, approachable, caring personality

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and two Saturday’s a month 8:30am-4pm with Monday off when working Saturday.


Currently we are looking for an in-office bookkeeper.  Along with practicing standard accounting principles, you must also have experience with Quick books, preferably Nextech. Hours include Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in our East Cobb office. Also, familiarity with e-commerce, payroll, and tax reporting are required. An ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare and also be familiar with HIPAA requirements. Additionally, strategic thinking and fast decision making is a requirement.


This is a leadership position. The ideal individual will have a strong analytical mindset with a creative flare. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the practice’s CEO with various duties including: daily processes, team-building, web design, and project implementation of all marketing material (brochures, seminars, billboards, web design, etc.), all while ensuring that the processes and policies of the practice are being followed.

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm in our East Cobb location, but we could consider part-time with Wednesday’s off for the right individual.

Required Education and Experience:

1. BA-Business or Marketing

2. Not only Nextech software knowledge, but also aesthetic medical experience is highly desirable

3. Demonstrable experience in personnel management, marketing, and also leadership

4. In-depth knowledge of compliance, personnel law, workplace safety, as well as other regulatory issues pertaining to medical practices

5. Experience with Microsoft Office, WordPress, and also Adobe Suites

1. Team Building: Ensures effective coordination of team efforts, provides support and assistance to team members while doing their daily activities and responsibilities, oversees and leads the training of practice staff, encourages optimal performance, and maintains compliance with standardized operating polices and procedures

2. Communication with Physicians: Provides ongoing and timely communication to the CEO as well as the Executive VP regarding the status of the practice

3. Marketing tangible and technical proficiency. Must know WordPress, SEO and Adobe software. Also, Nextech is highly desirable

4. Strategic Planning and Practice Development: Identifies opportunities for practice growth and revenue diversification, ensures effective implementation and subsequent management of designated priorities, monitors developments in the local market and provides recommendations regarding appropriate responses and strategies, and ensures implementation of planning initiatives, because this individual has executive leadership responsibility for all marketing efforts

5. Referral Relations: Maintains positive and loyal relationships among referring patients and specialists, actively solicits and resolves areas of concern, and also provides appropriate training and coordination assistance for referring offices

6. Facilities/Equipment Management: Maintains oversight of partnership facilities and equipment, ensuring proper safekeeping as well as maintanence. Also ensures maintenance of supply inventories and maintains appropriate processes for ordering and storage of such supplies

7. Other Duties: Performs other duties and assumes various responsibilities as determined by the CEO


The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient in-flow and out-flow, telephone communication, scheduling, patient education, and also the collection of fees for the services obtained.

Education and Experience:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a BS/BA is preferred

2. One year of experience in first impressions (Receptionist) operations in a medical practice is also required

Essential Skills and Abilities:

1. Able to work well in a front line capacity, friendly with polished appearance, and also excellent communication skills

2. Possesses a wide-ranging fund of knowledge applicable to financial and clinical functions

3. Demonstrable skills in motivating and training staff would also be ideal

4. Knowledge of Microsoft office and also Nextech

5.  Driven to succeed, loves people, and also loves skin care products

6. Proven track record of education as well as work performance
